Our company prepared a feasibility study for the reconstruction of the district heating system in the area of the "Lisova Pisnya" sanatorium in Ukraine. Following an in-person site visit, the current state of energy efficiency in selected buildings, as well as the technical condition of the boiler house, heat sources, and heat distribution network within the premises, were evaluated. Energy-saving measures were proposed and assessed for selected buildings, along with the installation of a photovoltaic power plant and the construction of a new district heating system, which includes building a new boiler building, new heat sources, and new distribution piping. The study also included preliminary budgets and schedules for the individual project phases.
